01Provider and scope

Feature Creep Studio is a brand of independent apps operated by Michał Filip, a private individual at ul. Centralna 55, Kraków, Poland. The provider’s contact details are below.

These terms cover the studio website and Spendwise, Timefold, Fitness, Chlapp and Ciapp. Specific app, test version or app store terms may supplement this document when presented before use. Your mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

The apps are in development. Their descriptions explain their purpose and developing capabilities, rather than promising a release date or every feature in every version.

02Getting started

You need a compatible device and operating system or an up-to-date browser. Online features require an Internet connection; local features may work offline. Requirements for a particular version are provided when it is made available.

Account-based services start when you request and create an account. Protect your sign-in details and device. Do not provide other people’s data without appropriate authority. Fitness is for adults; other apps follow the age requirements stated for their version and require a guardian’s permission where the law requires it.

Browsing this website does not create an account, subscribe you to a paid service or give consent to optional data processing. Any charges and subscription terms must be presented before purchase and require your express decision.

03App purposes and guidance

Spendwise helps organise finances; it does not provide personalised financial, tax or investment advice. Timefold helps organise time; verify schedules and dates, particularly those imported or read from photos.

Fitness helps organise and record training, rather than diagnose or treat health conditions. Choose exercises suited to your abilities and professional advice. Chlapp and Ciapp support baking; assess ingredient freshness, allergens, temperatures and equipment safety. Baking and fermentation times are guidance that depends on your conditions.

Calculations, imports and AI outputs may contain errors. Review them before saving or acting on them. We do not guarantee a particular financial, fitness or baking result. This guidance does not exclude liability imposed by law.

04Your content and sharing

You retain the rights to your content, photos, recipes, plans and notes. You authorise the provider to process them only as needed to deliver the features you use, handle support requests and meet legal obligations.

Check the recipients before sharing a plan, calendar or post. Public community posts may be viewed and copied by others. Only share material you have rights to use and respect the privacy of people in your photos.

Do not publish unlawful content, harass others, send spam or malicious files, bypass security or deliberately disrupt services. Report violations or unlawful content using the tools available in the app or the contact address below.

05Storage, sync and external services

Entries stored only on your device may be lost if you clear app data, uninstall the app or lose the device. Before switching devices, check the available export, backup or sync options. Not every app provides all these features.

External sign-in, notifications, AI and integrations also depend on their providers. Connection failures, maintenance and outages may temporarily limit app functionality. Keep important dates and data backed up in a way appropriate to their importance.

06Ending use and restricting access

You may stop using the apps at any time. If you use an account, request deletion in the app where available or contact the provider. Uninstalling alone does not delete server data or cancel an app store subscription, if any.

For a significant breach of these terms or a security threat, we may restrict access as necessary to address the problem. We will explain the reason and how to raise the matter, unless the law or an urgent need to secure the service prevents this.

If we plan to discontinue an online service, we will give advance notice allowing you to request a copy of your data, unless legal or security circumstances require immediate action.

07Support, complaints and consumer rights

Send questions and complaints to the address below. Include the app name, version and a description; do not send passwords, sign-in codes or unnecessary sensitive information. We respond to complaints within 14 days of receipt, subject to any shorter statutory deadline.

These terms do not exclude statutory rights, including consumer rights concerning conformity of digital content and services, complaints, withdrawal or refunds. Where the law permits loss of a withdrawal right for paid digital content, the statutory requirements must be met; simply reading this document is not enough.

08Privacy and changes to these terms

Our Privacy policy explains data processing. Accepting these terms does not replace a separate consent where one is required.

We may update these terms as features, laws or security needs change. We will notify you before material changes affecting a service you use take effect, and obtain separate acceptance where required. Changes do not remove rights you have already acquired.
